We recently published the 2012 Temkin Experience Ratings that ranks the customer experience of 206 companies across 18 industries based on a survey of 10,000 U.S., companies. The ratings are based on three components of experience: functional, accessible, and emotional. I examined the results for one of those element, accessible, to see which companies are the easiest and least easy to work with.
